Cast Iron Ford Cleveland Engine Block with a robust 4.125" bore, 9.200" deck, and 2.750" mains. It features 4-bolt splayed caps for enhanced rigidity, suited for high-horsepower builds where block strength matters.

• Cylinder bore diameter: 4.125"
• Max bore & stroke: 4.155" x 4.125"
• Cam journal OD: STD (can be bored to 55mm)
• Billet 4 bolt mains

A lifter bore check and correction is highly recommended and is a standard requirement on all aftermarket blocks. This is a must to ensure proper alignment and lifter operation in high-performance setups.

Dimensions referenced here (Deck Height, Cylinder Bore, Wall Thickness, etc.) are nominal. The block must be professionally finish machined. Blocks purchased bare are finished within factory +/- tolerances, which may be looser or tighter than OE specs depending on current tolerances and intended use.

Additional caution: Cam bearing OD should be deburred before installation. When initially removing main caps, deburr the caps and block before reinstalling to maintain correct main size. This block should be assembled by experienced, professional engine builders. Many parameters such as cylinder bores will require further machining. Pistons may be oversized, and the cylinder bore must be honed to achieve proper skirt clearance. Few aftermarket components are drop-ins to any engine block without extra checking and machining.
