Before You Order
Some products cannot be returned, so review eligibility first.
If you have selected Pick Up as your delivery method, please allow up to 2 business days for handling before collection.

Shipping
All orders ship from Milperra, NSW.
Standard deliveries within Australia use Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight.
Please allow up to 2 business days for handling before dispatch.
Missed the postie? Australia Post usually leaves a card so you can collect your parcel. Contact us if you need tracking.
Large items (e.g., engines) are shipped via TNT Couriers — please contact us to arrange.
International shipping is available — contact us for a quote.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days if you wish to return an item. Some products aren’t eligible.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged (a restocking fee applies).
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Warranty
Most new products come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you suspect a fault, first check installation and instructions, then contact us at (02) 8043 8888 or sales@tgmperformance.com.au.
Warranty returns must be approved before sending. Include original packaging and your invoice.
Faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged. Return postage may be reimbursed with a receipt.
Incorrect installation, misuse, or motorsports use can void the warranty.
