Installation & Belt Length Guidance

Aeroflow does not specify a fixed belt length due to numerous engine combinations. To determine the minimum belt length required for your setup:

1. Install the Gilmer drive kit on your engine with the alternator at its lowest adjustment point.
2. Wrap a measuring string or tape around all three pulleys to capture the total belt length.
3. Use your measurement to select the appropriate Gilmer belt length (belts sold separately).
