Engineered for demanding fluid transfer, the 100 Series Black Stainless Steel Braided Hose combines rugged durability with flexible performance. Its outer double stainless steel braid provides exceptional abrasion resistance and corrosion protection, while a reinforced Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) liner delivers reliable compatibility with fuels, oils, lubricants and coolant systems. An additional nylon inner braid adds internal reinforcement to withstand high-demand fluid transfer.

Operating conditions

Temperature range: -40°C to 150°C (-40°F to 302°F).

Fuel and fluid compatibility

Suitable for a variety of fluids, including fuels such as E85 and E10, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems, and vacuum lines. Note: compatibility with all fuels cannot be guaranteed for this rubber hose due to unknown additives in some fuels; for other fuel types Aeroflow’s PTFE series hose is recommended.

Usage, safety and installation

• Inner coil support spring is recommended on all tight radius bends and on the inlet/suction side of any pump to preserve flow and prevent kinking.
• Not intended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering, extreme heat zones, or use inside passenger compartments (due to permeation).
