Its multi‑layer construction combines a rugged stainless steel outer braid, a reinforced Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) liner, and a nylon inner braid to deliver exceptional durability, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility across a broad range of fuels and lubricants.

End fittings and installation
- End fittings: Compatible with 100, 150, 500, 550 & 880 series hose ends.
- Installation tip: Use an inner coil support spring on all tight radius bends and on the inlet/suction side of any pump to prevent kinking.

- Fuel delivery lines for performance engines, including E85 and methanol blends.
- Coolant and oil transfer paths in race cars, motorcycles, and performance street builds.
- Vacuum lines and suction/inlet piping where a robust, heat‑resistant hose is required.
Compatibility and limitations
- Fuel compatibility: Due to unknown additives in some fuels, compatibility with all fuels cannot be guaranteed unless stated. For all other fuel types, consider Aeroflow’s PTFE series hose as an alternative.
- Not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering, extreme heat areas, or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation. For those applications, use 200 Series hoses and compatible fittings.
