EFI High-Flow Electric Fuel Pump for In-Tank or External Inline Install
Designed by Aeroflow Performance, this versatile fuel pump accommodates both in-tank and external inline installations, delivering reliable fuel delivery for high-performance street and race setups. Engineered to support up to 675 horsepower while maintaining steady pressure, it’s a flexible solution that adapts to your existing fuel system.
Key specifications
- Flow rate: 300 lph (79 GPH) at 72.5 psi
- Horsepower support: up to 675 hp
- Inlet thread: M18 x 1.5
- Outlet thread: M12 x 1.5
- Mounting diameter: 60 mm (universal for external or in-tank use)
- Fuel compatibility: unleaded gasoline, E85, and methanol
- Pre-installed check valve in the outlet
Installation and configuration notes
- The pump is designed for flexible installation as either an internal in-tank pump or an external inline pump, with a universal 60 mm mounting footprint.
- If you keep the check valve in place, the outlet thread is tapered and requires a banjo fitting.
- Many builders opt to remove the check valve and thread an adaptor directly into the outlet for a cleaner inline connection.
- If the check valve is removed, plan to add an aftermarket inline check valve to maintain pressure in the fuel lines.
- Using alcohol fuels can reduce component life and necessitate more frequent filter maintenance—prepare for additional inspections and replacements when running E85 or methanol.
Why this pump is a strong choice
- High-flow, dependable performance at moderate to high fuel pressures, suitable for up to 675 hp applications.
- Flexible installation options that adapt to existing fuel rails and lines, whether you choose in-tank or external mounting.
- Durable design backed by Aeroflow Performance, a trusted name in performance and racing fuel systems.
Use cases
Ideal for high-performance street cars and race-ready builds requiring reliable fuel delivery at elevated pressure, including boosted or nitrous-assisted setups.
