  • Outside diameter: 3/8" (9.52 mm)
  • Length: 25 ft (7.6 m) roll
  • Pressure rating: Up to 6000 psi
  • Standards: Manufactured to ASTM-A269 standards
  • Fitting compatibility: Designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or when using a flaring tool with tube nut/tube sleeve combinations
  • Broader availability: Also offered in 25 ft rolls of 3/16" (4.76 mm), 1/4" (6.35 mm), 5/16" (7.95 mm), and 1/2" (12.7 mm) outside diameter tubing

Important installation and replacement notes

Note: Stainless steel is more difficult to bend and flare compared to typical steel line. A professional-grade flaring tool is recommended for creating reliable flare ends. Stainless steel can also be difficult to seal when replacing an existing brake or fuel line. The previously installed line can create a wear pattern on the flare seat which will not allow the new stainless-steel flare to seal properly. When replacing an existing line we recommend a thorough inspection of the existing brake fitting, fuel fitting, junction block, wheel cylinder, brake caliper, etc. It’s possible that the existing component may need to be replaced for a proper seal.

Ideal applications

Use this hard line to route brake, fuel, or oil lines along the vehicle chassis, frame rails, or anywhere a flexible line isn’t required. It’s well-suited for race cars, hot rods, and performance street builds where a durable, high-pressure line helps minimize joints and potential leak paths.
