Stainless Steel Fuel Line 1/2" (12.7mm) x 25 ft Roll
Aeroflow Performance 304 stainless steel hard lines deliver aircraft-quality, seamless thin-wall tubing for brake, fuel, and oil runs. This rigid hard line is designed to route cleanly along the chassis, frame rails, or anywhere a flexible line isn’t practical, helping to reduce vibration and potential leakage in high-stress environments.
Key features
- 1/2" (12.7mm) outside diameter, 25 ft (7.6 m) length roll
- Made from 304 stainless steel; seamless, thin-wall tube
- Rated for up to 6000 psi; suitable for fuel, brake, and oil applications
- Designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or with a flaring tool using tube nut/tube sleeve combinations
- Manufactured to ASTM-A269 standards
- Available in additional diameters (3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" OD) in 25-foot rolls

Installation and use considerations
Stainless steel hard lines are inherently tougher to bend and flare than typical steel lines. A professional-grade flaring tool is recommended to achieve a reliable seal. When replacing an existing line, be aware that the prior wear pattern on the flare seat can prevent a new stainless-steel flare from sealing properly. Thoroughly inspect all related components—brake fittings, fuel fittings, junction blocks, wheel cylinders, and calipers—and be prepared to replace parts as needed for a proper seal.
Why choose this hard line?
- Rigid, durable routing that minimizes flex-related issues and simplifies organization along the chassis
- Excellent corrosion resistance and consistent performance under high pressure
- Expert-grade material and construction designed for demanding automotive and racing applications
