Notes and installation considerations

• When using with early short water pump style engines, you must use AF64-3005 spacer
• If equipped with power steering, modifications to the power steering bracket may be required
• Pump requires the use of AF64-3010 pulley
• Aeroflow Performance does not recommend fixed Gilmer belt lengths due to the wide range of available combinations. To determine the minimum belt length for your application, bolt the kit onto your vehicle and measure around all three pulleys with the alternator at the lowest adjustment point

How to determine the correct belt length for your setup

Because there are many possible Gilmer belt lengths, install the kit on your vehicle and measure the belt path around all three pulleys with the alternator positioned at its lowest setting. This on-vehicle measurement yields the exact minimum belt length required, ensuring proper tension and reliable operation.
