This industry-first solution is 100% complete and billet, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodised to maximize the life of the Gilmer teeth and minimize belt slippage.

Installation & belt length guidance

Aeroflow Performance does not recommend Gilmer belt lengths due to the large number of possible configurations. To determine the minimum belt length for your setup:

1. Purchase the required Gilmer kit for your application.
2. Bolt the kit onto your vehicle.
3. Measure around all three pulleys with the alternator at the lowest adjustment point. This measurement provides the minimum belt length needed for your installation.
