Aeroflow Performance’s Aluminium Fuel Line 1/2" (12.7mm) x 25 ft (7.6 m) – Black delivers a lightweight, rigid path for fuel and oil routing where a flexible hose isn’t practical. Extruded from a single seamless thin-wall tube, this 1/2" hard line combines durability with straightforward installation across a wide range of automotive applications.

• Black anodized finish for enhanced corrosion resistance in challenging fuels such as E85 and other alcohol blends (raw finish also available)
• Rated up to 500 psi for reliable performance in high-pressure fuel systems

Finish options and installation

Choose from black anodized for corrosion resistance or raw finish. To minimize coating flaking on bends, Aeroflow recommends using the dedicated tube bender (sold separately) during installation.
